  I have had M&M insurance for 3 years. In August My partner and I started a new plumbing business of course insurance is mandatory. We were forced to drive to Duquion instead of the papers being emailed to us to sign and mailed back. A practice used for anyone else that can not make it to the office. 150.00 an hour lost for 3 hour trip. Both of us stressed the point that the certificate of insurance had to be sent that day to the state and we were assured it will be. 4 months later we called the state and the state had not been slow on processing it was actually M&M insurance that had never sent the COI causing us to lose revenue for 4 months. 4 months of paying and NONE of our COI's were sent and still to this day arent all done. THEN to top it off my insurance after I complain is stopped 4 days before my due date and am told it is stopped for non payment. BUT both of my other accounts there I've made all my payments but some how the one that is supposed to be direct deposit gets shut off after I complain?
